SCHEDULE CHANGES/REFUND POLICY

  1. Once a student's payment has been confirmed upon registering, the payment can be refunded in "FULL" if the school cancels a class due to the minimum required registrants having not been met prior to the beginning date of the registered course. (This requirement will be determined at the discretion of First Rate Real Estate School), In this situation, a registrant will have the option to attend a rescheduled course if they choose.
  2. In the case where a registrant cancels a class prior to the start of the requested course, the registrant will be refunded 50% of the registration fee by First Rate Real Estate School.
  3. If a registrant begins a course and decides not to complete the required hours in order to comply with course completion set by the Alabama Real Estate Commission, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
