Real estate pOST-license TRAINING
The State of Alabama requires all real estate licensees (active or inactive) to complete a 30-hour post-license course within 12 months of passing the Alabama State exam, failure to meet this requirement will result in having to repeat the 60-Hour pre-license course requirement. At First Rate Real Estate School we offer in-person training in a classroom setting as well as off site training.

Your payment options are the regular amount of $225 or right below if you are active or retired military, we discount the price. - and - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. We will verify your military eligibility on the first night of class.
