Real estate pOST-license TRAINING
The State of Alabama requires all real estate licensees (active or inactive) to complete a 30-hour post-license course within 12 months of passing the Alabama State exam, failure to meet this requirement will result in having to repeat the 60-Hour pre-license course requirement. At First Rate Real Estate School we offer in-person training in a classroom setting as well as off site training.

Once you have decided which course you want to take, fill out the registration form. All you'll need is your name, email address and which course you are planning to join.
Pay For Your Course
Right after you register, click this box and you will be taken to the Register & Pay page. Each course must be paid prior to the first class. Your payment options are the regular amount of $225 or right below if you are active or retired military, we discount the price. - and - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. We will verify your military eligibility on the first night of class.
