Real estate pre-license course
The State of Alabama requires all real estate license candidates to complete a 60-hour pre-license curriculum and pass the State Real Estate License Exam. At First Rate Real Estate School we offer in-person training in a classroom setting and a comprehensive study guide.
The course consists of classes that cover all the material you will need to pass the state exam.
